• Follow-up on Proposals: Actively follow up on quotations and proposals for sea freight services.
• Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers.
• Customer Management: Manage existing customers by increasing trade volume and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Cold Calling & Visits: Conduct cold calls and visits to potential customers, providing competitive quotations and proposals.
• Sales Coordination: Liaise and coordinate all sales-related inquiries promptly and appropriately.
• Tariff & Quotation Management: Maintain and organize customer tariffs and quotations efficiently.

Requirements:

· Educational Background: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or a related field.

· Experience: At least 10 years of relevant working experience in the air/sea freight industry.

· Skill Set: Ability to multitask, stay motivated, and maintain a positive attitude.

· Efficiency: Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.

· Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Independence: Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned duties.

· Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English/Chinese (Malay/Vietnamese preferred).

Work Location:

· Singapore (Frequent travel within Asia required)
