Summary

The role involves strategically managing finance matters across the Asia Pacific, working closely with the Regional Finance Controller and Country Finance Controllers/Managers. Description

Report to Warehouse Supervisor and assist to manage warehouse items and deliveries.

Unload items from containers/trucks into warehouse.

Prepare warehouse items (assemble if required) for daily delivery and help load into delivery vehicles.

Class 3 Licences

Assist with deliveries as well as incoming and outgoing stocks.

Items are main mattresses and bedframes - must be physically fit.

Prepare Event items for set up and assist with set up and dismantle.

Experience and Team player.

Overtime required.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics projects/operations within an e-commerce area (Seller / Market place / Logistics Company)

• Hands-on experience in aspects of logistics, from order management, warehousing, last-mile delivery and customer service

• Experience in new start-up operations set-up will be a plus

• Strong proficiency in warehouse and delivery operations

• Comprehensive understanding of e-Commerce and supply chain management

• Able to sense urgency and know when to escalate for assistance

• The ability to identify network inefficiencies and opportunities for reducing operating expenditure

• The ability to deliver results within defined financial parameters

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or transport management or equivalent working experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in e-Commerce logistics

• Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
