Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics projects/operations within an e-commerce area (Seller / Market place / Logistics Company)

• Strong proficiency in warehouse and delivery operations

• Comprehensive understanding of e-Commerce and supply chain management

• Able to sense urgency and know when to escalate for assistance

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or transport management or equivalent working experience

• Liaising with freight forwarders, direct customers and overseas agency for outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Handling and preparation of shipping documents (e.g. delivery order, bill of lading, tax invoice, arrival notice, etc.)
