Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Improvement Project Manager to join their warehouse team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. Jobs Scope:

• Program Management: Understand the program in-depth, connect various business units, and identify new business opportunities.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct regular customer meetings, including weekly scorecard and quality discussions, monthly safety sessions, continuous improvement (CIP) sessions, project updates, KPI reviews, and strategic business reviews.
• Project Leadership: Lead or participate in CIP and ad hoc projects focusing on safety improvements, automation, process optimization, quality enhancements, productivity gains, data analytics, data visualization, storage models, freight consolidation, cross-border trucking, and network planning.
• Project Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of projects with timelines ranging from 6 months to 10 years.
• Representation: Act as the main representative in customer engagements and project-related meetings.
• Team Leadership: Lead staff training and career development initiatives.
• Multi-Project Management: Manage multiple CIP and ad hoc projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.

Requirement:

• Degree in related field
• Relevant experience in contract logistics
• Possess valid PMP certification is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Shipping Documentation: Prepare and manage shipping documents, including invoices and bills of lading, daily.
• Document Accuracy: Ensure all shipping documents are accurate, complete, and comply with industry regulations and company standards.
• Payment and Billing: Ensure accuracy in all payment and billing operations.
• Document Control: Maintain an organized document control system for easy retrieval and reference.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate delivery schedules and shipping arrangements with suppliers, customers, and service providers for timely transportation.
• Shipment Monitoring: Monitor shipments and track their progress to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Issue Resolution: Communicate with relevant parties to address discrepancies, handle delays, and proactively find solutions to shipping issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of Logistics experience - preferably handling import & export shipping documentation
• Proficient in Ms Office suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity in INCO terms and ERP systems would be advantageous
• Foundational knowledge in Trade Compliance is an added advantage

Warehouse Assistant (Forklift license)

Working Days: Mon -Fri & Half Sat

Working Hours (choose 1): 7.30am–3.15pm & 7.30am–12.45pm OR 3pm–10.45pm & 12.45pm–6pm

Location: Tuas South (Transport pick up at Tuas West Road MRT)

Salary: $2,100 - $2,500 + OT + Allowances + AWS + VB

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Unloading materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacking them to assigned places
• Locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identifying damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transport raw materials to production workstations
• Relocates final picked and unloaded goods ensuring efficient use of limited space and ability to isolate segregated products neatly.

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills
• Must have a valid forklift license
• Able to commit overtime per business requirement
• Preferably familiar with handheld scanner & computerized warehouse system
• Familiar with and follow all safety requirements
• Able and willing to follow inventory management instructions
• Preferably have equipment maintenance and record-keeping knowledge
• Able to handle manual carton lifting (up to 15kg)
