Responsible for the establishment of a functional Healthcare Industry Vertical organization within South Asia Ocean setting up and implement a regional Healthcare strategy that will lead to business growth in close cooperation with the Business Units.

• Create Yusen South Asia Ocean Healthcare development strategy, with alignment to Yusen’s Global Healthcare strategy, and Yusen Global Headquarter product development direction with the end result to grow the Healthcare Sales Revenue within SAO
• Coach and support the sales teams in the countries on the Healthcare sales approach and collaborate with the countries to ensure pan regional opportunities are approached holistically as a global/regional customer would expect, without any natural silo considerations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Job Purpose

• The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the direct management and handling of all warehousing and distribution functions at the organizations warehouse facilities. Job Purpose

To perform and provide support to transport team and to the Head of the Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for updating new and existing job tasks onto fleet management system based on customers request deliver requests/ exceptions
• Manage stakeholders’ queries (e.g. Drivers, Customers, Ops, Sales, etc)
• Plan and optimize transportation routes for fleet operations using the TMS, considering factors such as traffic conditions, vehicle capacity, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor real-time fleet updates and proactively adjust route plans to minimize delays, optimize fuel efficiency, and meet delivery deadlines. Receive transportation requests and dispatch prime mover drivers to assigned pick-up and delivery locations using the TMS.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to prioritize and schedule transportation activities based on urgency and demand.
• Generate and analyse performance reports from the TMS to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, fleet & asset utilization, and driver productivity. Extract data from TMS system to identify lost capacity/efficiency of delivery fleet
• Serve as the primary user and administrator of the TMS for managing fleet operations.
• Monitor vehicle performance metrics to identify opportunities for fleet optimization and cost reduction.
• Manage and verify key information of drivers’ trips, reimbursements, licences and statuses via the TMS
• Process and handle documents through PSA Portnet System.

1) Monday to Friday(11.30am to 7pm) - Supplier will be paid a daily fee of $80.00 per day for two waves of collection and delivery runs

2) Saturday (12.30pm to 6pm) - Supplier will be paid a daily fee of $100.00 per day for one waves of collection and delivery runs

3) Sunday and Public Holiday (12pm onwards, OTOT) - Supplier will be paid a daily fee of $100.00 per day for one wave of collection and delivery run.

Additional incentives for commitment - $20.00 per day, for completion of full week without fail. These additional incentives will not apply for any lapses in any working day of the week. It is not considered a lapse if there is a Public Holiday within the week,

Responsibilities:

Deal Pursuit (50%)

1. Able to develop/generate and close sale leads with minimal supervision.
2. Highly motivated, a strong self starter and able to work in an ambiguous environment in a startup
3. Strong communicator, both written and verbal, also able to preprare proposal for clients.
4. A business owner mindset who is able to eventually lead and manage entire business segment

Account Management / Execution (50%)

1. Visit client sites to establish strong working relationships and gain a thorough understanding of client needs and operational environments.
2. Oversee client activities during the implementation phase, ensuring all processes are followed and any issues are promptly addressed
3. Develop comprehensive implementation plans, outlining necessary steps and resources required to achieve successful deployment of products or services.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all implementation items, including hardware, software, and other necessary supplies, are prepared and available.
5. Provide continuous support to clients post-implementation, addressing any questions, concerns, or technical issues to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.
6. Collect and analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance future implementation processes.
7. Prepare and present regular reports on implementation progress, stock levels, and client satisfaction to senior management.

Requirements:

• Possess initiative, able to work independently
• Strong communications skill and organising skills, ability to multi-task
• Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must
• Willing to travel to site
