This role will work with the Logistics Team particularly in the coordination of import and export shipment, liaising with multiple stakeholders from operations, regional distribution, order management, carriers and freight forwarders. This role will act as a point of contact relating to shipments and will be using SAP system for transactions.

Job Description Summary
- Plan and arrange all export shipment
- Work with freight forwarders, carriers or service providers to ensure that the proper documentation is furnished
- Ensure that inbound and outbound delivery dates maintained in SAP system is accurate
- Serve as point of contact for internal and external customers relating to export shipment
- Provide clear and accurate information for shipment handling, especially when incoming shipments are delayed
- Develop excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders – regional distribution center operations, order management team and country customer service teams
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
- Knowledge in SAP and MS Office
- 2 year experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Attention to details & analytical skills
