Responsibilities:

• Understand and comply to all related operating processes
• Focal point for delivery and shipment enquiries
• System transactions for receiving and order fulfillment
  activities

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma holder
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations/customer service
• Good in Warehouse Management System and experience with handling electronic devices such as RF scanners, Ring Scanners
• Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA)
• Good problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problems creatively
• Able to communicate effectively with internal/external customers
• Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning • Detail-oriented, analytical and innovative
• Adaptable to a fast-moving work environment
• Willing to travel to multiple sites when required
• Able to perform overtime when required

• Evaluate and select suitable automation technologies (e.g., robotics, multi-shuttle, AGV, sortation, etc.) that optimize operations within the allocated budget.
• Lead the implementation of automation solutions across multiple warehouses, ensuring seamless integration, minimal operational disruptions, and adherence to timelines and budgets. Identify potential risks associated with automation implementation and devise strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity.
• Collaborate closely with departments such as operations, technology, finance, industrial engineering, and indirect procurement to gather requirements and ensure that automation solutions align with overall business goals. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for warehouse personnel.

Requirements:

• Min 8 years in relevant working experience (warehouse/ distribution centr)
• Experience with automation control such as Siemens IPC, PLC etc, and able to provide advisory/ insight in automation solutions
