Responsibilities:

Safely and responsibly operate company vehicles to transport goods to various destinations.

Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring they are properly secured for transport.

Plan efficient routes to meet delivery schedules, considering factors such as traffic and weather conditions.

Perform routine vehicle maintenance and keep vehicles clean and in good working condition.

Assist in inventory management, including receiving, storing, and organizing goods in the warehouse.

Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license(class 3) with a clean driving record.

Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a logistics or transportation role.

Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Primary Objective(s) of Position

• This position is responsible for effective handling of Spot-Bid / Tenders from customers and aligning opportunities with the company’s strategic objectives

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and propose pricing methodologies
• Conduct cost analyses for monitoring pricing landscape
• Update overall price schedule for profit calculation
• Prepare reporting material and present pricing analyses
• Work closely with the sales team to define pricing structure for company products
• Address issues and concerns raised by team members relating to pricing suggestions
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Person Specifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business or logistics and supply chain management
• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in logistics, shipping or supply chain
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, V/H-Lookup and etc.)
• Knowledge of forwarding/supply chain business in managing an RFQ
• Strong analytical mind and a pronounced affinity for working with numbers
• Ability to work under pressure to cope with periods of high workload and tight timelines for multiple deadline bids in parallel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to properly engage with country pricing teams of different cultural backgrounds
