• Liaise with freight forwarder/customer on delivery & shipment.
• Coordinate closely with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Any other related duties as and when required

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years in trading company / shipping / freight forwarding handling such requirements.
• Min Education: Diploma
• Well versed with Import & Export Shipping Procedures, LC, Incoterms & Documentation
• Be able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, well organized & meticulous, positive working attitude, willing to learn
• Able to work in a team
• Possess excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
• Able to create work order and ensure timely execution
• Ability to identify problems and resolve in a timely manner
• Possess a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform month end closing of accounts.
• Record business transactions in the accounting system using double-entry accounting.
• Gather necessary business records needed for banking procedures.
• Oversee GRIR and prompt payment processing.
• Assure that all bills are settled and oversee on debt collection.
• Liaise regarding collection and payment with internal stakeholders.
• Effectively utilize essential technology platforms and tools for data analysis.
• Ensure the accounting system has the correct data input.
• Allocate codes to transactions in the accounting system.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• NITEC or “O” Levels or equivalent.
• At least 1 - 2 years of accounts experience.
• Prior experience in using SAP accounting software will be an added advantage.
