Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operations of all logistics warehousing functions of the assigned business unit which includes delivery, stock control, process improvement and security.
• Ensure work processes are following documented procedures and proper housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Manage inventory accuracy via planned cycle count, monthly inventory reconciliation, inventory analysis and related reports.
• Ensure warehouse operations safety and security.
• Communicate with customers on logistics and service issues.
• Assist in implementation of work improvement projects.
• Lead the team to achieve the department's KPI goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the logistics team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth department operations.
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and implement the company's supply chain strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Supervise warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and proper documentation.
• Implement effective inventory management and cost control to align with business objectives.
• Ensure proper distribution of operational requirements.
• Lead and oversee the implementation and maintenance of all safety, health and environmental procedures in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Develop and maintain new in-house or ERP systems aimed at enhancing overall company efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain logistics policies and procedures to streamline operations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with various vendors and suppliers.
• Stay informed about supply chain regulations and legislation, ensuring full compliance.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of warehousing, delivering goods, and/or logistics experience, preferably in the F&B industry or similar.
• Possess Class 3 or Class 4 driving license will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable handling heavy loads of items.
• Willingness to learn with a good working attitude.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and be organized.
• Candidates without prior experience will be considered as on-the-job training will be provided.
• Able to commence immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage.

Job Description

• Check & reply email queries
• Print shipment documents & check the status
• Check and arrange delivery and offland items
• Liaise with Customers/ Agents/ Vendors for loading/ delivery/ collection to/ from vessels
• Arrange Airfreight/ Seafreight clearance
• Arrange Airport cargos out to main warehouse / Direct delivery to vessels
• Declare permits / DSA / ESSN / ESN
• Update LMS for job orders
• Update Email Offland/ Stock List

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/ Secondary School/"O" Level in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with Tradenet and Inventory Management
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Able to commence immediately
• Willing to work for 5.5 days' a week (Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm / Sat: 9am to 1pm)

Logistics Coordination

• Support day-to-day inbound and outbound operations
• Liaise with customers, forwarders and suppliers on any part discrepancy and quality issues
• Monitor operating supply and cut purchase order when necessary
• Validate supplier’s invoice
• Handle receiving related issues
• Process replenishment shipments to countries
• Drop kitting request to warehouse team
• Answer customer inquiries on order status

Order Administration

• Publish monthly BFT reports
• Record all shipment status

· Processing and co-ordinating of FMCG items to external and internal customers

· Processing and co-ordinating of overseas orders for export

· Liaise with Central Kitchen, freight forwarder, overseas external customers and cross department on overseas orders

· Packing of FMCG & overseas orders

· Inventory control and monthly stocktaking

· Maintain and manage store cleanliness, tidiness, etc

· Maintain administration duties for the logistics department, e.g. schedule, leave, cash cards

· Assist with all other logistics duties assigned by Manager

Job Requirements

· Part-time (4-5 hours daily) basis and willing to start work from 6am

· Minimum of GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ level/Diploma

· Preferably some related working experience

· Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time

· Able to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs as needed

· Strong verbal and written communications skills in both English and Chinese

· Able to interact with English and Chinese speaking colleagues effectively

· Organized, resourceful, proactive, reliable, strong attention to details

· Has good follow up

· Good communication and strong time management skills

· Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook

· Highly motivated, meticulous and takes initiative

· Willing to go extra mile
