We, are authorized distributor in Bangladesh for more than 100 international brands divided into four product categories : Branded Fragrance, skin care/personal care, Home Fragrances and Food & Beverages. We are looking for unique individual to join our company as an Asst Logistic Executive Manager:

Your main responsibilities are to ensure the smooth flow of import and export documentation processes. You are expected to prepare all related documents pertaining to imports & exports including permit declarations. You will also be liaising with carriers and forwarders ensuring all inward and outward logistics are done promptly and accurately.

Additional Responsibilities

· To handle sales and purchases order

· Maintaining and controlling documents and process administration

· To monitor and follow up with individual department on maintaining the standard operations.

· To manage logistics, inventory, and the warehouse’s documentation

· Prepare shipping documentation for LC submission

· In charge of quantity allocation to customers

· You must have significant prior logistics experience coupled with strong communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment.

· Inventory management reporting on company ERP system and excel

Requirement:

· At least 3 years of experience in logistics/shipping/import/export function
