The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, managing payment schedules, and ensuring accurate and timely payments. Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing: Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies with vendors.
• Payment Management: Schedule and prepare payments (Online/ACH transfers, etc.) according to company policies.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date records of invoices, purchase orders, and vendor information.
• Expense Reports: Process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Month-End Closing: Assist in month-end closing activities, including accounts payable ledger reviews.
• Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues or inquiries promptly.
• Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with internal controls and accounting standards.

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and organizing incoming stock, as well as picking and packing orders for shipment. Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a warehouse setting.
• Must hold a valid forklift license.

• Ability to support overtime and maintain good attendance.
• No health concerns and able to perform work with accuracy and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Long-term commitment preferred.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to $2,300 + variable bonus + overtime + AWS.
• Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 5:45 pm, with 1 Saturday per month from 8:45 am to 12:45 pm.

• Safety Gear: Staff are required to purchase their own safety boots (the company will not sponsor).
