Responsibilities:

Space Planning and Design:

1. Collaborate with the design team to create efficient and aesthetically pleasing interior layouts for our offices and retail boutiques.
2. Assist in developing 2D and 3D design concepts that align with the company's brand and vision.

Material and Furniture Selection:

1. Research and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet the functional and aesthetic requirements of each space.
2. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source and procure selected materials and furniture.

Project Documentation:

1. Contribute to the development of design presentations, mood boards, and design documentation for internal and client review.
2. Assist in the creation of detailed design specifications and drawings.

Site Visits and Coordination:

1. Attend site visits to understand the existing conditions and ensure that the design vision is implemented accurately.
2. Collaborate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and smooth execution of design plans.

Team Collaboration:

1. Work closely with the broader design team to integrate interior design concepts seamlessly with overall project goals.
2. Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a diploma/ degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and space planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute creatively to projects.

Responsibilities:

• Capability to execute full set drawings for submission to customers and building management, among other things.
• Work coordination on-site with suppliers and customers.
• Obtaining quotations and samples from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Meeting the deadline.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Interior Designing or equivalent
• Skills in Autocad, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, and shop drawing will be an advantage
• Prior interior designing experience in retail, commercial, and residential will be ideal

The Role:

Reporting to a Design Lead, the experienced Senior UXUI Designer will be playing a critical role to successfully translate design insights to user friendly interfaces. You have the chance to shape the user experience of our products, ensuring they not only meet but exceed clients’ expectations. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to drive the design process from concept to delivery.

Your day to day:

As an individual contributor,

• Conceptualization and Ideation: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand and evaluate business goals, user needs and user requirements.
• User-Centric Design: Champion user-centred design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Prototyping and Wireframing: Ability to create quick wireframes (sketches) for internal teams and key stakeholders' evaluation.
• Information Architecture: Develop and maintain information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to convey your design concepts clearly.
• Interaction Design: Generate innovative design concepts and translate them into intuitive seamless user interactions that enhance the overall user experience.
• Design System: Work closely with the design team to develop and maintain the design library.
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

The Must-Haves:

1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
2. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience working within a high growth environment.
3. Proficient in design and wireframing tools such as Figma, or Miro.
4. Strong problem-solving skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to effectively interface with customers and internally across cross-functional tea

The Nice-to-Haves:

1. Entrepreneurial or startup experience
2. In-depth understanding or working experience in supply chain & logistics industry

Responsibilities

• Mood boards, layout improvement and presentation.
• Design and material research, sourcing, getting ready prototype and prototype improvement.
• Create technical drawings for sampling and presentation.
• Liaise with applicable events on improvement and construction.
• Manage Fabric material and trims library.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in fashion design.
• Knowledge in textile, garment construction, design, and development.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and meeting tight datelines.
