One of our banking clients is looking for a candidate for 5 months contract with the below given skills:
Candidates with a minimum 2 years of Service Desk experience – Those with technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with excellent willing to work in rotational shifts.
Job responsibilities would include inbound & outbound calling, responding on emails and triaging technical and non-technical queries or complaints related to migration of applications.
Technical Skills:
· Should have working knowledge and understanding of various Operating Systems (Unix/Windows), Middleware, Desktop, Laptop, VPN, APIs and FTP.
· Should have the ability to triage technical and non-technical client queries, read verbose logs, for IPs, URLs, etc.,
· Good to have understanding of
o Transmissions, firewalls, protocols, and security
o Various FTP communication technologies
o FTP transport and payload security technologies
o Cryptography settings (ciphers, KEX, HMAC)
o Application and system logs
Process Skills:
· Effective business communication skills
· Active listening and probing skills
· Navigate through ticketing tools, procedures and knowledge base articles.
Behavioral Skills:
· Receptive for feedback and willing to learn
· Positive attitude and team player
