As part of their business expansion, they are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to supplement their Sales Teams in generating new opportunities and driving revenue growth across the region and being a key point of contact for their existing clients.
About the job
Reporting to the Head of Sales, your responsibilities would includes
- Working closely with Senior Management to Analyze and streamline sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Implement best practices to enhance the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- You should be analytical and able to derive insights from Sales Data into sales performance and trends.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for sales leadership, enabling informed decision-making and areas of recommendations
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Foster strong communication channels between sales and other supporting functions.
- Develop and deliver training programs for the sales team on tools, processes, and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure the adoption of new tools and methodologies.
Skills and experience required
- Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in the IT services industry
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable sales operations initiatives.
