- Full spectrum of HR function including monthly payroll computation for all employees
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and have a good understanding payroll practice in accordance to legislative requirements for Singapore
- Prepare employment letter and HR related documents
- Review and implement HR policies, procedures and handbook in line with MOM requirements and guidelines
- Work passes applications/renewals/cancellation for foreign employees
- Ensure effective implementation of performance evaluation system at all levels
- Handle and resolve employee’ disciplinary issues and grievances
