We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team, focusing on trending products. As a Marketing Specialist for trending products, you will be responsible for assisting the product team in identifying and developing products with the potential to become online sensations, ensuring stable supply of trending products, and utilizing digital marketing strategies to generate excitement and promote product awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the product team in identifying and developing products with the potential to become online sensations, including conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Ensure a stable supply chain for trending products, collaborating with suppliers to guarantee product availability.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media pre-launch activities and product seeding, to increase brand exposure and product awareness.
- Create and publish content on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Little Red Book, ensuring alignment with platform user demographics and trends.
- Participate in the development of creative campaigns and activities on platforms to enhance brand visibility and user engagement.
- Analyze marketing data and user feedback, adjusting marketing strategies to improve effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Media, E-commerce, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in e-commerce or brand marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing with a strong understanding of social media platforms such as Little Red Book, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Excellent creative thinking and execution skills, capable of independently planning and executing marketing activities.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of beauty, fashion, and lifestyle consumer goods is a plus.
