Senior Sales Executive

Location: Sabah Region, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the sales team.
• Work closely with Distributor Sales Representative to penetrate company product.
• Monitor Distributor Sales representative sales activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor Product display and Product Expired date to maintain good performances.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
• Address customer concerns and inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Use market insights to make informed recommendations for sales strategy adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Three (2 ) years’ experience in sales marketing.
• Prompt and confidence in speaking with customers in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Willing to travel and relocate to any location within Sabah, wherever the company has business, and employees need to perform and fulfill their duties
• Familiarity with the local market in Sabah and also understanding of relevant industry trends.
• Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking.
• Self-motivated, positive working attitude and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with the local market in Sabah and understanding of relevant industry trends.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
