As Head of Digital Growth, you will be be in charge of formulating our digital marketing strategy and executing it end-to-end across all channels. This will entail a large emphasis on digital paid ad management, but will also cover other aspects of digital marketing such as SEO, virtual experiences, partnerships with creators and leveraging of upcoming niche digital channels. Additionally, you will be heading our initial digital marketing team currently consisting of one marketing executive and one content manager. As the activity grows, you will have the opportunity to further expand the team, building a lean yet state-of-the-art ensemble of digital marketing talents who will enable the company to achieve its vision. Throughout, you will need to demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness to help achieve our objectives as a small company with few team members, but significant growth and ambitions.
# Responsibilities
- Formulate a strategy to scale revenue and reinforce the company’s luxury branding through performance marketing with a strong focus on Meta and to a lesser extent, Google
- Execute end-to-end on this strategy in collaboration with relevant counterparts for content, website optimisation etc.
- Set up a state-of-the-art marketing tech stack to track and optimise performance
- Design and implement performance tracking dashboards for the company, automating them as much as possible by pulling together data from a variety of sources
- Show creativity and resourcefulness in finding new paid channels that fit the brand’s luxury positioning if applicable
- Formulate and execute strategies to maximise customer LTV through CRM segmentation, email/chat automations, campaigns and other tactics
- Consistently achieve and outperform KPIs
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Native-level English skills and excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in performance marketing/digital marketing
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful performance marketing strategies across a variety of channels
- Proven track record of generating high ROI on large ad budgets
- Experience with a variety of paid advertising platforms and very high proficiency with Meta and Google ads
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Shopify analytics and comfort implementing cutting edge tools such as TripleWhale, MotionApp, Elevar
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and email marketing platforms such as MailChimp and Klaviyo
- High degree of comfort with manipulating data, creating performance dashboards and automating data reporting
- Familiarity with website optimisation tools and A/B testing methodologies
- Highly-organised and structured mindset
- Love for working in small teams, formulating strategy independently and executing hands-on
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in a startup and handling a broad scope of responsibilities
- Experience working in a D2C brand and deep understanding of performance marketing as applied to e-commerce
- Experience in the luxury industry, understanding the nuances of marketing high-end products
- Appreciation for and interest in watchmaking
