Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, Bank Ledgers, FA Register, Budgets, and Monthly Financial Statements (PL, BS, CF).
- Consolidate, compile, and summarize global reports on financial data, including bank balances, debtors, rent rolls, collections, credit control, and management accounts.
- Conduct reconciliations for bank balances, receivables/sales reports, payables/supplier reports, accruals, prepayments, amortization, and audit schedules.
- Assist in bookkeeping for accounts payable, accounts receivable, journals, and general ledger functions.
- Review VAT/GST reports and coordinate tax filings (government, corporate, WHT, PIC).
- Process payments (TT, checks, petty cash) and maintain electronic filing for internal control and audits.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Assist with day-to-day office administrative tasks.
- Support Country Heads as directed by the Group CFO and Management.
Requirements:
- Professional certification or part-qualified professional degree, postgraduate diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and office administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Zero, QuickBooks, MYOB, etc.
