Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and be up to date on market information and trends
- Be up to date on authorities’ regulations on residential sales
- Handle all sales documentation and showflat related items
- Develop and carry out marketing plans, campaigns and strategies to improve the sales for the portfolio assigned
- Plan and manage advertising and promotion budget
- Build and maintain good relationship with vendors and real estate agents
- General administration support
- Ad-hoc jobs assigned by management
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in real estate/ marketing or equivalent
- Experience in Property Related Sector
- Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience
- Strong communication skill
- Good understanding on residential and mixed development marketing
