Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Consultation: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, distributors, and partners, providing expert guidance and recommendations on equipment selection, configuration, and integration.
- Conduct needs assessments, site surveys, and feasibility studies to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet their specific needs and objectives.
- Equipment Specification and Design: Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to develop equipment specifications, system layouts, and design proposals based on project requirements, technical standards, and industry best practices.
Utilize your expertise in tea beverage to design innovative solutions that optimize performance, efficiency, and reliability. - Project Management: Lead equipment application projects from initiation to completion, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitor project progress, and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during implementation.
- Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting assistance to customers, distributors, and service teams, both remotely and on-site, to ensure optimal performance, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to educate customers and partners on equipment functionality, operation, and best practices.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure that equipment solutions meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. Perform thorough testing, validation, and inspection of equipment to verify compliance with design requirements and performance criteria. Document test results, issue reports, and implement corrective actions as needed to address any non-conformities or deficiencies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners by providing exceptional service, support, and value-added solutions. Actively listen to customer feedback, address inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding our product and service offerings.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 3~5 years of experience in equipment application engineering, technical sales support, or project management, preferably in tea/coffee machine
- Strong technical background with expertise in tea/coffee machine Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Southeast Asia (SEA) region and work flexible hours as needed.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as [local languages in SEA countries] is a plus.
