Working Day: Mon - Fri & Half Sat
Working hours: 9.30am - 6.00pm & Sat Half day (work remotely or site visit)
Location: Henderson Road @ Redhill
Salary: Basic $2,800 - $3,400 + Commission
This position is responsible for soliciting sales of food and beverage catered events for the company’s Restaurants & Catering, and the execution of the events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the booking of food and beverage events by managing outside solicitation and incoming inquiries.
- Perform cold calling to acquire sales leads
- To hit weekly KPI as set
- Use creative planning in the design and structure of catered events & menus
- Working closely with clients to include handling inquiries related to food and beverage
- Coordinate with internal food production and service team - Staff, Servers, Chefs, Runners to ensure the successful execution of catered functions
- Conduct site inspection prior to events commencement
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of sales experience in any of the related field – Catering Food & Beverage/Restaurant/Wedding
- Possesses own laptop with Microsoft Office (2016 or later), in working condition
