- Execute high volume production of leafy greens/salads by following set processes
- Supervise, provide instruction, and distribute daily assignment to operators
- Meet production targets
- First responder to sudden failure or incidents related to farm operations and reporting issue to farm management
- Ensure workplace/equipment/trays are cleaned and sanitized routinely and housekeeping is maintained at a high standard
- Drive productivity and process yield improvement
- Helping technician in monitoring of CEA parameters and notifying technician about any issues detected
- Adhere to good production practices to ensure safe workplace and efficiency
- Ensure production operating consumables are sufficient and forecasted
- Pests monitoring and update in FOMS quality session (Population count during transplanting and harvesting)
- Other duties as assigned, or ad hoc projects or duties
