Job Description Summary

The Marketing and Sales Specialist role will be responsible for the planning and execution of marketing and sales support activities across the SEA6 region, including Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, and Brunei.

The role will be reporting to the Commercial support leader, SEA6 and supporting both the local commercial teams and regional modality teams to ensure marketing strategies are implemented with maximized ROI and customer experience is optimized throughout the pre-sales process.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support the formulation of marketing strategy
  • Build field marketing programs and campaigns based on marketing strategy and budgets
  • Oversee the execution of all field marketing activities across the region
  • Be the Point-of-Contact (PoC) of all external stakeholders in field marketing activities to ensure on-time execution of marketing budgets
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to optimize the ROI of marketing programs
  • Host post-mortem of major marketing events to drive continuous improvement in the field marketing execution
  • Be the Point-of-Contact for customer RFQ (request for quotation) and tender and ensure customer queries are responded in an informative and timely fashion, customer experience is optimized throughout the pre-sales process, and win chance is maximized.
  • Render Executive Assistance to the Regional General Manager in the daily management of the sales zone

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum 4-year work experience in marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry is a must
  • Experience in working effectively in a matrix MNC environment
  • Experience in project management

Desired Characteristics

  • Master’s Degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields is a plus
  • Experience in B2C marketing is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with humility, inclusiveness, and empathy
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering with focus
