1. Responsible for the company's marketing operation and management, participate in the company's overall planning, and improve the company's operation managing procedures.
2. Oversee incident, problem, and change management and production readiness for new environments. Ensure company policies and processes are followed consistently and efficiently.
3. Closely work with business teams to develop and implement products/programs to identify customer needs and create mechanisms for increased operational effectiveness.
4. Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate growth.
5. Lead performance management and employee development initiatives.
6. Provide fast and effective solutions to resolve any operations or service gaps.
7. Manage projects to ensure successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
8.Create comprehensive proposals and presentations to pitch business ideals to prospects.
9.Able to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansions。
10. Provide business solutions to assist company to meet the financial goals.
11. Determine new opportunities, develop new product/market by analysing business needs.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or higher
2. Led a team of more than 50 people in a similar job role
3. More than 10 years of operation management experience, including at least five years as a team leader.
4. Leadership abilities to lead and coach the team.
5. Able to work on weekends and PH.
6. Overseas living and studying experience is preferred。
