QA/QC Assistant

Working location: Ang Mo Kio area (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)

Working days: 5 days’ work week

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Salary range: $2,000 - $2,500

Job Description:

• Address to internal works and process non-conformances for ISO and GMP.
• To execute and monitor works and reports in accordance with the standards.
• Identify quality complaints, conduct investigation and analysis, resolve quality problems, followed up corrective and preventive action.
• Identify complaints on quality of reports, conduct investigation, analysis, resolve quality problems, follow-up on corrective and preventive action.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure complaints on quality problems are resolved effectively.
• Other functions such as filing management, quality inspection, support the overall productivity KPIs, and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should possess minimum Diploma qualification
• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Effective at prioritizing, organizing and meeting task deadlines
