Scope:
- Assist in the running of marketing campaigns in accordance with the overall communication and marketing strategy.
- Conceptualise and manage content creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
- Implement marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (Social Media, Digital screens, Print, Email).
- Conduct research on academic library trends and the library’s various stakeholder groups to drive engagement.
- Execute the planning, organisation, and lead logistics for outreach events, activities and initiatives driven by the team and cross collaborative projects.
- Monitor effectiveness of campaigns, write reports and share insights with the team.
- Brainstorm, design and develop creative marketing collaterals including copy writing and editing.
- Participate in service or space transformation initiatives or projects.
- Train, manage, and participate in the assessment of a pool of Assistants.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree referably in communication, marketing, new media or other related fields.
- Knowledge in managing business accounts of key social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Telegram and use the various tools and resources of each platform to study/boost followers, reach and engagement.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro or any other video editing software will be advantageous.
