Job Description
- Accountable for overseeing end-to-end IT services for Enterprise clients, collaborating closely with Enterprise Business units.
- Responsible for the Build & Run aspects of Enterprise applications, encompassing architecture, design, and operations.
- Manage application support & operations, including usage tracking, billing processes, bill formatting, payments, and journaling.
- Lead enhancements delivery for Enterprise Charging & Billing applications, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency.
- Oversee application support & operations for International traffic and carrier services applications to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
- Lead, direct, and manage a team of solution designers, solution architects, and support specialists dedicated to supporting billing and carrier applications for the Enterprise Business.
- Drive the determination and maintenance of Enterprise IT architecture and roadmap, collaborating with other Enterprise IT application pillars. Ensure alignment with the latest technologies to support the dynamic needs of our Enterprise business landscape.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 15 years of pertinent IT experience, with a focus on application delivery and support, including at least 10 years of hands-on experience with BSS/OSS applications.
- Demonstrated capability in managing delivery teams comprising more than 50 staff members, showcasing adept leadership and organizational skills.
- Proven track record in effectively managing relationships with multiple business stakeholders and vendors to achieve project objectives.
- Deep understanding of telecommunication systems, technical and engineering principles, as well as business operations and processes.
- Hold relevant technical and project management certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or TOGAF, highlighting a commitment to professional development and industry best practices
