Job Responsibilities
Perfect Content, Activation, Search & Assortment (CASA) Design & Execution
- Update & Maintain hero images for all JDE products across all online channels
- Develop promo hero images and update images during key promotion windows
- Manage the day to day relationship with 3rd Party Marketplace (MP) partners, to ensure a perfect execution of our eCommerce Fundamentals
Performance tracking/ data analysis
- Drive Visibility and Promotional planning to Win the Key Shopping Festivals such as 11:11 or Black Friday or Prime Day.
- Measure CASA performance using online tools such as Profitero
- Assist Channel Managers with Performance Tracking reports
Plan & Develop Exclusive Channel Promotions
- Work closely with E-com Channel Sales Managers on Promotional Campaign Planning
- Lead the GWP sourcing function to support all Online Channel promotions
Develops Platform Communication Materials (on site & off site banners)
- Work with cross functional teams to develop platform materials linked to National Marketing Campaigns and/or Channel Exclusive Promotions,
- Work on all Content curations, feeds, CRM messages
- Lead planning & Execution of Digital advertising
Process Customers’ queries received via Online Channel platforms by working with relevant stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing
- 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to be agile
- A good knowledge of eCommerce Retail Environment: Grocery on-line, Marketplaces and Pure Players will be an advantage.
