Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests and handle customer enquiries in a prompt and with professional manner
- Provide technical advice and support to architects, consultants, contractors, and building owners.
- Visit customers as needed, assisting with sales and customer service issues.
- Collect costing information, generate quotations, submit tenders, and follow up regularly.
- Manage and maintain good relationships with key accounts, identify potential new customers, and develop new accounts.
- Ensure that quote activities are updated promptly according to the Sales Department's standard process.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, targeting identified must-win projects to meet order targets.
- Understand and identify business outcomes for customers, providing comprehensive solutions to meet these outcomes.
- Meet the sales targets set by the company and develop new business opportunities through customers, products, or product applications in Singapore.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of sales experience in construction industry
- Comprehend mechanical, electrical fittings and drawing interpretation
- Knowledge in ACMV, M&E, Smoke control system or Fire alarm system will be advantage
- Solid computer skills, including a good understanding of MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
