After Sales Service Executive (Luxury)

The Opportunity
- Deliver a warm and gracious welcome to each client while exhibiting the company's values and exceeding client experience expectations.
- Meet and/or exceed service timeframes and client expectations for the company's-appropriate follow-up to service.
- Understand clients' needs and identify and discuss appropriate solutions.
- Communicate and respond to clients' inquiries with strong knowledge of technical explanations of service.
- Possess a strong understanding of the client's Service Policies and execute these policies to provide appropriate client experience.
- Perform on-site quick services
- Uphold the ideals of the client's Client Experience with a clear understanding of luxury service requirements.
- Apply client experience guidelines and technical expertise to share recommendations with clients about service and product sales.
- Partner with Boutique colleagues on sales (accessories, watches, and jewelry).
- Understand and comply with the client's security and operational procedures (e.g., product handling, inventory control).
- Assist with Boutique daily opening/closing.
- Assist with Boutique projects as needed related to Client Services (inventory, organization, restocking of supplies).
Your Background
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, integrity, emotional control, patience, commitment, and discernment.
- A client service-oriented, solution-driven, and team player mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role and aptitude for organization.
- Knowledge about Watchmaking, Jewelry techniques, and the client's products.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, in a fast-paced retail store environment.
