Salary up to S$4,500
1 year contract (renewable subject to performance)
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze user and system requirements thoroughly.
- Design components or modules within an architecture, and effectively communicate designs using supporting documents such as flowcharts and sequence diagrams.
- Implement efficient code based on software designs and specifications.
- Prioritize and execute tasks across the software development life cycle.
- Conduct testing and debugging of application code.
- Perform validation and verification testing to ensure quality.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to enhance and resolve issues with products.
- Develop front-end and back-end solutions using low-code platforms like Outsystems.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Software Engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in software development and maintaining production systems.
- Familiarity with at least one of the programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with one of the major cloud service providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of serverless architectures, microservices, and API gateway.
- Familiarity with front-end development using React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
- Understanding of relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in team environments.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and skills as required.
