On behalf of our client we are looking for Data Analytics Consultant - Cards to work
on one on one basis on various tasks.
Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly experienced Data Analytics Consultant with deep expertise in the cards domain to join the team.
- This role requires a professional with at least 10 years of experience in data analytics, specifically within the cards business, to support and enhance data-driven decision-making processes for the clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis related to the cards business, including credit card usage, customer behaviour, transaction trends, and campaign effectiveness. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
- Analyse customer data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for personalized marketing, customer retention, and loyalty programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of card products and services, identifying key metrics and KPIs to track success and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance the cards portfolio, drive revenue growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Utilize data analytics to identify and mitigate risks associated with the cards business, including fraud detection, credit risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the cards business. Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Establish best practices for data management and governance.
Required Skills:
- 10 years of experience in data analytics, with a significant focus on the cards business. Prior experience in a banking or financial services environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, and advanced Excel. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- In-depth understanding of the cards business, including product offerings, customer segments, and market dynamics. Ability to align data analytics with business objectives.
