· To coordinate with subordinates to provide BRAND experience to the guest.
· To assist in weekly duty roster planning.
· To guide and train new staff in all aspect of service and beverage preparations.
· To ensure all staff adhere to work safety and food hygiene practices.
· To upkeep the cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet.
· To promote a harmony working environment and positive team spirit.
· To carry out tasks, projects or other duties as and when assigned by the Management / Operation Manager in a diligent manner.
