Job Scope:
You will be reporting to a Deputy Principal Engineer and/or other supervisors assigned to you to assist in the daily data collection and preparation of management report for IT system operated by DCLD. You will be responsible for the following:
- Compile, consolidate and manage the statistics and data gathered to facilitate performance report preparation.
- Daily retrieval of case applications from IT systems, perform manual distribution/assignment to officers and to update the record accordingly.
- Secretarial duties and support function to the reporting officer in carrying out assignment of duties and work.
- Answering public phone calls
Job Requirements:
· Minimum “A” level or equivalent and preferred relevant working experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
· Ability to work independently
· Good interpersonal communication skills
· Meticulous with an eye for detail
· Able and willing to work on weekend and weekday after office hours (ad-hoc basis)

Duration of contract: 6 months
