- Must be fully conversant with BCA Regulations; able to maintain systematically site records, government contract documents and meet BCA reporting requirements.
- The RTO shall have a diploma in the civil/structural
- discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) or equivalent and shall be accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS
- Experience in supervising major earthworks, roads and drainage works, PUB pipeline works, utility diversion work, pile removal work, ground grouting work, bus shelters and associated works would be advantageous.
- RTO shall have minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in projects similar in nature to the Works (abovementioned) in the Civil Contracts.
