Job Description:
· Prepare basic, washing, peeling, chopping and cutting raw items
· Rearrange walk chiller and freezer raw materials based on FIFO
· Conduct pre-cooking checks on raw materials
· Prepare raw materials for the next meal
· To ensure all raw materials are labeled and dated
· Provide quality service if serving is required
· Collect and test food samples
· Adhering to kitchen’s food handling Standard Operating Procedure
· Ensure the kitchen surrounding areas are cleaned properly
· Handles all equipment and utensils the proper way and clean as you go
· Track, record and replenish inventory as needed
· Suggest improvement activities across workstations
· Other work scope as required by business needs

Full Time
8 hours a day (incl 45 mins break)
6 days (incl weekends and PH)
Operating hours:
8am to 9pm
8am to 10pm

min 3 days, 6 hours shift
Part Time
5 - 6 hours a day (w/o break)
5 days (incl weekends and PH)
