Our Client:
Our client is one of the largest Law Firm, headquartered in Japan. They are looking for a Secretary to join their Singapore Office.
The Responsibilities:
- Arranging meetings, dinners, and business trips
- Creating and issuing invoices to clients
- Responding to calls and emails from clients
- Communication with Tokyo office and other partners
- Administrative work (document creation, data entry, etc.)
- Document copy/ file creation/ management
- Other ad hoc assignments from supervisor
The Requirements:
- Diploma holder with at least 3 years of working experience in secretarial, general office work, sales administration
- Proficiency in English and Business-level Japanese will be preferred as you will need to coordinate schedules and communicate with native Japanese stakeholders and clients
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
- Flexible and Good communication skills
- Organised and able to Multi-task
- Meticulous and able to cope with fast paced environment
