Job Description:
- Perform general administrative support.
- Attending to phone calls, queries and emails.
- Manage and coordinate appointment and work schedule.
- Prepare quotation, delivery order, and invoices.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and administrative duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirement:
- At least GCE ‘N’ Level and above.
- Min 1 year of relevant experience in administrative support functions.
