8ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE
Job Description
To provide PA support to the Church Vicar, perform administrative duties and serve in church operations
Primary Function
1. Prepare material for Church Worship Services
2. Manages Calendar of Events and Room Bookings
3. Provide admin support to Vicar and Manager
4. Update and maintain Membership database
5. Supports various Ministry teams
6. Performs general Church Administration duties Qualifications and Requirements
• Diploma holder or equivalent
• At least 3 years working experience in administration and support or 3 to 5 years of other relevant work experience. Relevant work experience is an asset.
• Proficient in using Microsoft 365 and adaptable to learn other computer applications
• Ability to multi-task, take initiative and willingness to learn
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous, responsible, discreet and professional
• Resourceful, strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Able to work on weekends when rostered
