Responsibilities:
- General office upkeep and maintenance of office, storeroom and copier room facilities
- Purchase of stationery
- Purchase and maintenance of fixed assets such as office equipment, furniture & fittings, telephone, mobile phone, fax machine, photocopier, aircon, water dispensers, etc
- Lease of office assets and equipment
- Keep an inventory of all fixed assets and equipment
- Keep track of monthly office expenses and verification of supplier invoices
- Purchase snacks e.g beverages and biscuits
- Organise celebration party and purchase cake and gift voucher for employee’s birthday
- Purchase festive items such as dumplings, moon cakes, year-end gifts etc
- Manage site driver’s schedule according to site’s request
- Liaise between internal and external parties on TOLQ matters
- Assist in payroll preparation and processing including verifying attendance, overtime payment, resignation, etc
- General HR administration such as confirmation letter and other HR related document
- Assist in onboarding administration such as email set-up, seat arrangement, etc
- Assist in worker’s matter such as arranging worker’s dormitory, transportation, work injury cases, etc
- Coordinate and prepare all site staff and worker’s courses
- Manage site’s recruitment
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- MUST have at lest 2 years of related experience in construction industry
- Familiar with payroll & HR (preferred)
- Fuency in conversational Korean language would be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skill

Working hours: 5.5 days work week; 8am-6pm, 8am-12pm
