Administrative & Operations Associate
Job Description
Dealing with external service providers, suppliers and contractors
Procurement of office & pantry supplies
Management & maintenance of office environment & equipment
Provide administrative support to CEO
Assist in preparation of management accounts for financial reporting & analysis
Assist in preparation of regulatory quarterly & annual returns with US and local statutory boards
Clients’ account setup in accordance with Group’s Compliance and Tax Compliance’s guidelines and maintenance of clients’ accounts
Coordinate with Business Development team on handling clients’ business requests
Other ad-hoc projects
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and/or
Diploma holders with minimum of 1-year experience in an office management / administration and/or back-end support role
Excellent command over Microsoft applications especially Excel & Word
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task on a daily basis
Experienced general office administration skills
Ability to problem solves / think outside-the-box to execute necessary tasks
Excellent sense of initiative and responsibility
Keen learner & good team player
Singaporean or Permanent Resident Only
