Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and managing process actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including SOPs, process workflows, and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of process actions.
- Supervise the progress of Remote and Field Service process actions, identify potential issues, and communicate proactively with team members to resolve them.
- Use various software tools and systems to track and manage process actions.
- Assist in preparing and distributing reports and metrics.
- Help organize and coordinate Remote and Field Service-related training sessions, workshops, and events.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all interactions and tasks.
Requirements:
- Min diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in administration or related fields are a plus.
- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role
- Familiarity with call management, Remote and Field Service concepts and processes
