Job Description:
- Knowledge on QuickBooks Accounting Software
- Take inventory/ maintain stock record/upkeep for year- end auditing and ordering office supplies and materials for project sites.
- Sales Order processing; issuing invoices; and purchase order
- General Administrative duties, arrangement of goods delivery; courier
- Ad-hoc task as and when requested by the management/project team
- Self-motivated, positive attitude and pro-active
- Beside English / Chinese, ability to speak other languages is an advantage
Requirement:
- Minimum ITE/Diploma or equivalent
- Fresh graduate or with 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player
