Position title: Secretary
Location: Cecil Street
Working Days:5 Day A week
Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Job Description
- To provide full suite of corporate secretarial related services (e.g. incorporation of company, change of company officers and share transfers).
- Manage a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial services.
- Handling submission of ACRA & IRAS transactions.
- Preparing Directors/Shareholders resolutions, Extraordinary / Annual General Meetings Minutes, relevant statutory forms and other related documents for on-going corporate secretarial matters.
- Provide advice on compliance requirements, corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters.
- Ensure that secretarial files and statutory records are properly updated and maintained.
- Performing Onboarding / Ongoing Due Diligence Check on new and existing clients.
- Liaise with statutory bodies, banks and other third-party business partners as and when required.
- Handle work pass application for clients’ expatriate staff.
- Review/Prepare financial statements in XBRL format.
- Any other corporate and ad-hoc jobs as required.
Requirements
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or Law
- Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualification / compliance background would be an advantage.
- At least 3 years’ relevant corporate secretarial experience is required
