As an Administrative Executive, you will work with multiple functions to keep processes running smoothly. You will observe the different key functions to understand the business overview, and provide support mainly related to administration, accounts, hiring and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the internal office communication, including receiving phone calls, taking messages and managing email requests
- Track stocks of office and pantry supplies, and place orders when necessary
- Assist in bookkeeping procedures
- Schedule job postings every fortnightly
- Filter job applicants and schedule interviews
- Assist in creating marketing collaterals
