Responsibilities
- Offer expert technical assistance to clients regarding UPS and DC power systems, as well as battery solutions.
- Engage with end-users on-site to manage tasks like system setup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and upkeep.
- Work alongside customers and engineering teams to ensure all on-site activities are executed safely.
- Provide comprehensive training to customers on initiating and operating UPS and DC power systems.
- Ensure timely execution of maintenance agreements through diligent follow-up.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience within the UPS and DC power industry.
- Highly motivated individual who excels in teamwork and demonstrates strong responsibility.
- Strong skills in interpersonal communication and presentations.
- Willing to travel for business purposes
- Must have own transport
