Responsibilities
- Prepare all relevant documentations, schedules, presentations & mock-ups for projects
- Monitor ongoing projects and tracking
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Design and Procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution. Provide support to sales and procurement teams for sourcing of materials if needed.
- Liaise with existing and potential clients on renovation requests
- Handling of client’s post project TOP and related issues
- Provide adhoc after-sales support
- Site surveying and update management on status of renovation projects
- Attend project coordination meetings offsite & onsite.
- Provide ad-hoc after-sales support
- Update and maintenance of company filing systems and records
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, renovation or construction industry
- Experience in handling landed property construction
- Ability to handle reno rendering with quantity surveyance experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Independent, resourceful with excellent problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
