Job Description
· Production Issue Management:
Respond promptly to production issues in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the business.
· Business User Communication:
Act as the point of contact for business users, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding issues and resolutions.
· Process Enhancement:
Continuously enhance existing support processes to maintain and improve service levels and quality.
· Weekend Support:
Provide support during weekends for urgent issues or deployment activities as required.
Requirements:
· Technical Skills:
· Proficient in Microsoft .Net development.
· Strong MS-SQL development skills.
· Experience in debugging and troubleshooting applications.
· L2/L3 support skills.
